A splendid, deep purple color. The nose is extremely complex with aromas of large soft fruit and liquorice. The initial taste is supple and silky, with superb flavors of fruit, blossoming into a huge finish backed by elegant, mellow tannins. A great wine for cellaring!
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot
HARVEST: By hand.
Vinification: in temperature- controlled stainless -steel and wood tanks.
AGEING: 14 - 16 months in oak barrels (of which 35%-50% are new oak)
